pkpuls Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "pkpuls", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pkpuls platform and its licensed operating entity, accessible at pkpuls.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pkpuls platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the pkpuls platform to access real-money gaming services.
• "Platform" means the pkpuls website, mobile-optimised interface, games lobby, sportsbook, and all associated services and tools available at pkpuls.net.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the native currency of the pkpuls platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account pursuant to a pkpuls promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal of winnings from a pkpuls Account.
• "EasyPaisa" and "JazzCash" refer to the Pakistani mobile financial services used for deposits and withdrawals on the pkpuls platform.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the pkpuls Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and pkpuls with respect to your use of the Platform.

By completing the pkpuls registration process, you expressly confirm that you:

• have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• are at least 21 years of age;
• are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• are not a previously excluded or self-excluded player on pkpuls or any affiliated platform;
• are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

pkpuls reserves the right to require documentary evidence of any of the above confirmations at any time. Failure to provide such evidence may result in Account suspension pending review.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active pkpuls Account, you must at all times:

• be at least 21 years of age;
• be a natural person — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted;
• provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number;
• not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of pkpuls or any of its licensed game providers;
• maintain only one (1) Account on the pkpuls platform at any time — maintaining multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms regardless of the intent behind doing so.

pkpuls reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee uninterrupted access to all Platform features.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date at all times. Material changes — including changes to your registered mobile number or bank account details — must be communicated to pkpuls support promptly.

Your pkpuls Account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. In particular:

• You must keep your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not permit any other person to access or use your Account, including family members. Each individual must register their own separate Account.
• You must notify pkpuls support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• pkpuls will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, except where such loss is directly caused by pkpuls's own negligence.

Account balances are non-transferable between pkpuls Accounts. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any credits held within it to any other person.

pkpuls may, at its discretion, impose temporary or permanent Account restrictions where unusual activity, potential policy violations, or unresolved KYC queries are identified. During any such restriction period, withdrawals may be suspended pending resolution.

All financial transactions on the pkpuls platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion fees are applied by pkpuls. Third-party charges imposed by your payment provider — including EasyPaisa or JazzCash network fees — are outside pkpuls's control and remain your responsibility.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit on pkpuls is Rs 500.
• Deposits via EasyPaisa and JazzCash are credited to your pkpuls Account within approximately 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• pkpuls does not accept cash deposits or payments via anonymous or third-party-owned payment instruments.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refused and returned where possible.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by pkpuls compliance following KYC review.
• All Accounts must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of a valid CNIC and, where requested, proof of payment method ownership.
• Standard mobile wallet withdrawals (EasyPaisa / JazzCash) are processed within 5–10 minutes of approval on verified Accounts.
• pkpuls reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns, which may extend processing times.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully met.

pkpuls offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus rules applicable to all pkpuls promotions:

• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds that remain unconverted at the expiry of the eligible period will be forfeited without compensation.
• pkpuls reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines, acting reasonably, that a Player has exploited a promotional offer or engaged in behaviour designed to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies and coordinated multi-account wagering.
• Bonus Funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your Account. Real-money funds are used before Bonus Funds unless your Account settings specify otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred between Accounts.

pkpuls reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Modifications will not affect bonus funds already credited and actively being wagered.

All games available on the pkpuls platform — including casino slots, live dealer table games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers.

• All slot and RNG-based casino games on pkpuls use independently certified Random Number Generator technology. Outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• Wagers placed and accepted are final. Wagers cannot be cancelled or reversed after the game round or betting event has commenced.
• In the event of a system malfunction or disconnection during a game round, pkpuls will attempt to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, affected wagers will be refunded to your Account balance at pkpuls's discretion.
• Live sportsbook markets — including PSL cricket, T20 internationals, and UFC events — are subject to market suspension, settlement revision, and void decisions in accordance with the official event outcome and pkpuls's sporting rules.
• Bet settlement is based on official results published by the relevant sporting body. pkpuls is not responsible for errors in third-party data feeds used for in-play market pricing.

pkpuls publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all casino games in the respective game information panels. These figures represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkpuls platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or if online gaming is prohibited in your jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to layer or integrate illicit funds.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit made to pkpuls through your payment provider without first raising the matter with pkpuls support.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkpuls staff or other Players through any communication channel.

pkpuls cooperates with Pakistani financial institutions, law enforcement authorities, and its licensing body in the investigation of suspected fraudulent or criminal activity. All suspicious activity is reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

pkpuls is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a means of generating income, recovering previous losses, or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pkpuls Players at no cost through Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. An alert will appear when your limit is approaching.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, you will not be able to log in or access your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the pkpuls platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Enable on-screen notifications that remind you how long you have been playing and what your net win/loss position is during the session.

If you believe that your gambling behaviour has become harmful, or if a family member has expressed concern, pkpuls strongly encourages you to make use of these tools. You can also contact pkpuls support directly at support@pkpuls.net to request account restrictions or self-exclusion outside of Account settings.

All content on the pkpuls platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, data, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of pkpuls or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include:

• reproducing, copying, or distributing any Platform content without prior written authorisation from pkpuls;
• modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on any part of the Platform;
• using the pkpuls brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.

Any unauthorised use of pkpuls intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. pkpuls actively monitors for and enforces against intellectual property infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkpuls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of profits.

pkpuls's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkpuls does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages — including EasyPaisa or JazzCash network issues — and force majeure events may cause temporary service disruptions for which pkpuls accepts no liability beyond restoration of affected Account balances where applicable.

pkpuls collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on pkpuls, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used for the following purposes:

• verifying your identity and age in accordance with our licensing obligations;
• processing financial transactions including deposits and withdrawals via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and MCB;
• providing customer support and responding to account queries;
• complying with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) obligations;
• delivering personalised promotional offers where you have consented to marketing communications.

pkpuls does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data is shared with regulatory authorities and law enforcement only where required by applicable legal obligations.

pkpuls reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, and additions of new game-specific rules — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Your continued use of the pkpuls platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact pkpuls support to arrange withdrawal of your Account balance and closure of your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at pkpuls.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version entered into force.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pkpuls's operating licence jurisdiction. In the event of any conflict between the laws of the licensing jurisdiction and the laws of Pakistan, the laws of the licensing jurisdiction shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and pkpuls, you must first contact pkpuls support in writing to attempt informal resolution. pkpuls will endeavour to respond to and resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of written notification.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by pkpuls's licensing authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties subject to applicable law.

You agree that any claim or dispute must be brought individually and not as part of any class action, collective proceeding, or representative action.
